Purchases
By making a purchase on our site, you agree that all information and funds submitted to us will be retained indefinitely, and you waive your right to request refunds of any kind. For special inquiries, please conact us. All completed purchases are sent through an automated process to check for malicious uses of the payment data provided. All payments may be reviewed by all services we are using an API or plugin from. This includes but is not limited to Stripe and WooCommerce.
What rights you have over your data
If you have made a purchase or submitted a contact form, you can request to receive a copy of the personal data we hold on you. You can also request for us to erase a select amount of data we hold about you. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Submitted contact forms may be checked through an automated spam detection service. This is entirely to make sure the site remains intact and to prevent malicious activities that may be submitted to us. All data is stored in the administrators’ internal site network and can be viewed and edited by them at any given time.
