We know that this year the Merch Sale is late; however, we are proud to announce that instead of a Merch Sale, we have a Merch Shop open all year round, featuring home delivery and a variety of merchandise.
This year, the CDE Merch Team has worked hard to improve the system used in previous years due to several initial issues:
- School Delivery: Deliveries are hard to coordinate in school due to issues with students not showing up due to schedule constraints, missing hoodies, and misplaced or mishandled merchandise.
- One-Time Sale: Hoodies and crewnecks were only sold once for a limited time. Marketing campaigns didn’t reach everyone in the school community, leading to some people missing the sales and being unable to purchase merchandise.
- Two Sites: The opening of Evere as one of the EEB2 sites made the deliveries of hoodies a logistical nightmare.
These three major issues are what the team sought to solve this year. Today, we are happy to announce that we have an improved system! The EEB2 Merch Shop will be open all year round, allowing anyone to buy merchandise whenever they please, ensuring that everyone can get their hands on this year’s designs. Merchandise will be delivered directly to your home for added convenience, ensuring that no hoodie or crewneck gets lost along the way, for a delivery fee of 3€ per product which is already included in the price listed in the website shop. In general, the delivery time is 5 to 6 business days—an improvement compared to the sometimes month-long wait between ordering and receiving your hoodie.
Products sold in the Shop, including hoodies and crewnecks, are the same models as last year. For kids, we now offer a new, more eco-friendly model of hoodies and crewnecks made from 80% cotton and 20% recycled polyester. We have also ensured that quality standards are met. Additionally, there have been other changes to the process: we now offer extra products, from T-shirts (100% cotton) to mugs and tote bags, in a broader set of colors. This year, prices for merchandise start at €12.95 + €3, and the Merch Shop is sure to have something for everyone!

We understand that the price of the hoodie has increased to €30.95 compared to previous years. This adjustment reflects the broader rise in prices resulting from inflation and current global economic instability. That said, we are committed to making our products more accessible and have worked hard to offer a range of affordable options to help alleviate the impact of these changes. We also want to disclose that the company we use to fulfill orders is Gelato, a European-based company that fully complies with GDPR regulations. You don’t have to worry about your information, as the company ensures it is handled according to European Commission guidelines.
